Service Cancellation

You may cancel your yard maintenance service at any time by providing written notice to us. Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled service visit to avoid charges for that visit.

For monthly service packages, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
For single-service appointments, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance
Emergency or same-day cancellations may be subject to fees as specified in your service agreement

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and the circumstances of cancellation:

Service Satisfaction

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergency conditions. In such cases, we will reschedule services when conditions permit, but refunds may not be available for weather-related cancellations.

Service Modifications

You may request modifications to your service plan, including changes to frequency, scope, or scheduling. Service modifications may result in adjusted pricing. Changes requested less than 48 hours before a scheduled visit may not be accommodated until the next service cycle.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about service charges or billing, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes may be subject to the dispute resolution procedures outlined in your service agreement.

Processing Time

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Service credits will be applied to your account within 3-5 business days.
